June 25th, HK listed company V1.cn announced to acquire 100% of 168cai.com, which has the right to sell lottery tickets online in China and the exclusive right to sell sports lottery by telephone in Hebei province. According to valuation report, 168cai.com is worth of RMB213 million.
According to V1.cn in 2012, H2 has tripled the sales of H1. Its application Cai365 has been always the No.1 app in Apple store for sports lottery and has been downloaded for more than 10 million times. It’s sales from January to May 2013 has been around RMB125 billion.
