The Company is developing Ukraine’s first Internet television broadcast using unique video content developed by its creative team, which includes directors, presenters, operators and other specialists. Content, which includes news, entertainment, interactive features and other exclusive material, is available to users online without charge. The programming will allow users to keep abreast of recent developments in in Ukraine and abroad for cinema, music, gadgets, video games, world events, politics and sports.
Market
The business currently has more than 6,000 views per day with 1,500 unique users. In addition, project partners also place content online with links to the Company’s portal. Plans are to grow the user base to 100,000 by the end of 2011.
Approximately €350k has been invested in the business to date. The Company is seeking a strategic investor or acquirer to support management’s plan to continue to build the business further by strengthening its presence in the market.
