Top quality experienced operators have already signed long-term leases for all facilities. All operating and planning permissions are already signed. A fixed price contract has been made with construction consortium. Local government subsidies will be available. The Project will serve surrounding regions with a population of 42 million. Customers are expected to be primarily from public sector budgets.
The Project requires a total CAPEX of €34m. Sponsors have already invested €5.5m. The Sponsors are seeking an additional €5m of equity.
