S7 AirlinesThe husband and wife owners of Siberia Airlines have put their stake in the company up for sale, a source in the airline industry told Interfax.

He said Vladislav and Natalya Filev mandated financial institutions to sell their shares. “Unofficial offers were made to Aeroflot and Transaero. The price for the company is $300 million to $350 million,” he said, adding that the second carrier of the S7 Group, Globus, is not being sold.
