The Company is seeking to acquire companies that meet one or more of the following criteria:
• Branch and sales locations in North and East India;
• Successful and large series tour business;
• Established brand and history with a good mix of repeat corporate and retail customers;
• Gross revenues of between USD 20-50 million with high net and operating margins.
