The city has a positive demographic trend due to an influx of people who move to Sevastopol to take advantage of the healthy lifestyle and developing infrastructure.
The Project is approved by the Sevastopol City Council and is officially included into the General Plan of the City. The Developer has worked in the Ukrainian construction market for over 17 years. The entire project requires about USD 50million of financing, with 30% to be provided by the developer and pre-sales and the balance by an equity investor.
