Renhe Pharmacy Co Ltd announced that it has signed a contract to acquire a combined 100% stake in a Shaanxi-based pharmaceutical company, which is engaged in the research, production and sales of tablets, capsules, granules, rubber paste, powder, ointment, paste, and herb extract, from 22 individual shareholders including Zhao Dongke, Xu Lixun and Xu Qi, for RMB 360 million.
