A major recycled paper and corrugated cardboard producer in Armenia intends to expand its product line and establish an offset paper production. Currently the recycled paper and corrugated cardboard production are operating successfully and the production volumes are increasing year by year. The facilities for establishing the line for the offset paper production are available within the territory of the company. The company’s owners are willing to consider investment proposals from qualified strategic or financial investors by means of equity capital participation and/or loan financing and other sources of finance to mutually benefit from exploiting this opportunity. The estimated investments for the acquisition of the offset paper production line will be about USD 2 million.
Market
The primary target market for the offset paper will be Armenia. The demand for offset paper is steadily growing in Armenia. Currently there are no offset paper producers in Armenia and the consumed offset paper is imported.
