The Business
The Company is engaged in mining operations for high value minerals through drilling operations throughout South America. The Company is seeking a financial or strategic partner to dredge mine a lithium carbonate (Li2CO3) resource from a salt-clay deposit in Mexico. Drill hole laboratory analysis has been completed.

Total lithium carbonate reserves are 2.4 metric tons with estimated yield of 200ppm of lithium oxide and 7-12 ppm of gold. The mining operation would involve wet dredge with suction over a lake area of 35,000 hectares (86,000 acres).
