The company is already a success with strong French leadership and more than 1,300 agencies (of a total of 20,000). There is already above 50% penetration in historic regions.

The team of 26 is led by an experienced management with 80+ years cumulated experience of real estate, marketing and commercial network management. The Company has a sound business model with recurring revenues from annual subscriptions, additional training services. Established regional clusters already show very high profitability (over 50% direct margin).

Market

The MLS model will establish itself as the undisputable B2B solution as it successfully did in the United States. In the United States, professionals? share grew from 60% in the 80s to 95% today and 100% of US realtors and brokers subscribe to MLS. Today, EU Professionals are no more questioning ?if? MLS will deploy but only ?when and how.? Where deployed, MLS is a success, with strong adoption of the service by professionals. There is an attractive ?500m potential market in Europe.

Company revenues in 2008 were ?1.3m in 2008. After a pause in late 2008, the Company plans to triple its revenues in the next 3 years. The French structure is already profitable and most mature regions have a contribution margin of 50% (the long term achievable margin). The Company is cash positive.
