The Company has grown organically and through acquisition of other ISOs when a discount was available. It has seven sales offices in the United States. The Company recently acquired another ISO that owns the rights to a cutting edge virtual sales representative training program that could revolutionize how it recruits and trains sales reps, create new revenue streams. This training program is expected to significantly decrease recruiting and training expenses.

The Company’s markets are small merchants and medium merchants, markets in the United States with 5.2 million and 720,000 potential customers and $162 billion and $130 billion annually of transactions processed respectively. The payments processing industry is growing rapidly.

The Company had processing volume of $125 million in 2011 from 2.5 million transactions. The Company is seeking $2.5 million to purchase other ISO portfolios, expand sales support and open new sales offices in select major cities.
