According to a source, Ctrip has reached a purchase or investment agreement with Com.openet.hotel.view, a hotel reservation application program and would put Com.openet.hotel.view under the management of its wireless business.
Thedeal value hasn’t been confirmed. It was said that Com.openet.hotel.view had a valuation of tens of millions of dollars. Currently, it hasn’t been confirmed whether Ctrip would acquire 100% equities of the target or just make apartially strategic investment.
