Australia boasts a mature, stable and buoyant economy at a time when uncertainty reigns across many destinations that once appeared unshakeable. Yet, for all of the strength in the market, Australia also lacks a clear commitment from domestic LPs and the local industry suffers from a stalled exit environment as the asset class continues to go through a period of consolidation.
