The Business
This Calgary based Company was formed in 2009 to consolidate SAP consulting revenues that had been generated for over nine years by the principals of the company. Consulting activities had expanded slowly, but in 2010 the Company embarked on the resale of automated code scanning software in South Africa. Sales were launched in Canada in 2011.

The Company’s code scanning software provides a unique dashboard that gives a high level of visibility into the quality of ABAP, JAVA and C# code in ERP environments. The Company currently has offices in Toronto, Calgary, Panama City, and Pretoria and virtual offices in Japan.

In 2012, the Company plans to launch an automated process modeling tool that has been provided under a reseller agreement with a large IT firm (Global SAP partner). The modeling tool will be resold under the Company’s own brand name and it will be integrated with the code scanning tool. The Company also has an international sales agreement with a second large IT firm (also a Global SAP partner).

The Company is a start-up business that has good expertise, a steady and proven revenue stream, strong relationships with partners and a solid international presence. It has high levels of expertise in the SAP marketplace.

The Company objective is to develop a comprehensive source of information about risks associated with custom programming code, actual business process flows, ERP data quality and financial audit processes. It is accomplishing this through the reselling of existing products and bridging those products to provide unique insight into operational risk.

Revenues from consulting have supported marketing activities in South Africa and Canada to date. The Company is seeking investment of USD 1m to develop the bridge between products and continue to build on its partnerships with existing software and software service providers.
