The Company develops a unique set of integrated services and products for Central and Southeast Asia markets. These services and products Include:
- A reliable and sophisticated infrastructure and applications that provide universal information support utilizing GPS, Glonnas, Galileo and Compass with a wide range of additional capacities and applications. This infrastructure is capable of generating numerous finished products including electronic file support for machine-to-machine interfaces with other applications.
- Engineering and manufacturing facilities to produce devices and software required for the creation of the above mentioned infrastructure.

The Company is seeking an investment in the form of a loan or equity of about USD500k, which it believes will generate additional sales of USD 1.2m per year. Proceeds of investment are to be used to finalize the preparation of the Company?s operational base and provide working capital to fully develop the project.
