This Project involves the exploitation of a spring in a rural area near Menton, between Monaco and the Italian border. The total surface area of the property is 32 hectares, and there is a second seven-hectare plot near the road to locate the bottling plant. A building permit has been obtained to construct a 4,000 square meter bottling plant.
Analyses show the spring to be a pure and clean water source capable of about 30,000 liters per hour at about 10°C. The surface around the spring is naturally protected, and has additional protections as a result of its official recognition and registration. A full hydro-geological survey was carried out under government surveillance and a certificate to operate was issued by the local authorities to a company registered for the spring water business. This authorization is permanently valid and non-transferable, however 98% of the Company’s shares are lodged in a UK (offshore) company.

The Project promoters plan to retire and thus intend to sell the Project to a party that could develop it.
