Finance a new generation of guitars with modern ergonomic design and superior sound
The Business
The Company makes electric guitars with its own patented materials that produce breakthrough design and acoustics. In 1994, the Company founder, a civil engineer and guitarist, began development of a material that would have the characteristics of the wood used for the famous Stradivarius violins. The resulted in now patented materials that enable guitars to be produced that are always in tune, and with bright tones and incredible sustain. The Company’s instruments are sold in two models and a wide spectrum of colors. Future plans are to produce other instruments such as pianos and violins.

The Company sells to the same market that purchases the famous Fender and Gibson guitars through a worldwide network of dealers and distributors. The Company believes it can be an active challenger in this market through the much better qualities of its patented materials.
Market
The high-end electric guitar market is estimated at some $650 million with sales of 200-250,000 guitars. The Company hopes to attain a market share of a modest 1.2%, or 3,400 guitars and sales turnover of $13 million within four years.

The Company would now like to invest in more efficient production equipment to reduce costs, and to increase marketing, distribution and sales.
