The Company is an oil and gas exploration and production company with holdings of existing oil production with 300 wells in the southern United States. The Company seeks to purchase and explore viable and economically profitable wells in the Gulf Coast States, primarily Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Oil investments are encouraged in the region by tax incentives.
During the later half of 2004, the Company acquired two oilfields with estimated recoverable reserves in excess of 300,000 barrels of oil and additional oilfields in 2005 that included approximately 2000 acres of minerals and 11 well bores that had been drilled, completed by major oil companies and several independents. The Company has continued to put additional wells on line, which brought reserve estimates in the field at 1,500,000 barrels of oil. The Company is planning an aggressive drilling program as a result of its success.
